I needed to get my truck in for service and Robin Curry assisted me with the appointment. She was also quick to address the questions and concerns I had via email before the appointment date arrived. Wh assisted me with the appointment. She was also quick to address the questions and concerns I had via email before the appointment date arrived. When my truck was finished, she took the time to talk to me about the issue I was having with it and also explained how they made the necessary repairs. Great customer service experience! More

They were very helpful, even after the new tires where on, where one was still showing a low tire light. However, the same thing is happening again with the check engine light and check fuel intake light on, where one was still showing a low tire light. I am a RV Transporter. On the road nowhere near home (NY) or work (IN) with a 45’ 5th wheel when I get a DEF No Flow warning. Call the closest Ford dealer in DuBois and the On the road nowhere near home (NY) or work (IN) with a 45’ 5th wheel when I get a DEF No Flow warning. Call the closest Ford dealer in DuBois and they say bring it in. I get there at 2:30 and they immediately bring it in the shop and start troubleshooting it. By 3:30 they know the Reductant pump is the issue, and they actually have one in stock. They get to work and take me to a nearby hotel. 8 AM the next day they pick me up and when we get back to the dealership the truck is done. By 9:30 I am back on the road. Talk about Customer Service! I highly recommend this dealership! More
