I have spent a total of six hours in recent weeks getting a key fob and a key card. Excruciating! We bought the 300 hybrid on April 20 with just one key....I understand a chip shortage. We paid a additional $1495 for the Darcars Assurance plan. We have not taken advantage of the plan and won't. I cannot come down for an oil change and sit for 3 hours like the guy sitting next to me. She was very kind, professional, and detailed during my visit. Ms. Grace was also very helpful and kind, and I also appreciate the comfort and cleanliness of the waiting area. I would highly recommend this establishment for your Lexus servicing needs. Even though I didn’t meet the mechanics or the auto detailers, a big shot out to them as well for doing such a great job on my vehicle and giving it back to me better than how I brought it in!
