I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience while purchasing a Genesis GV80 at Allen Turner Hyundai was so pleasant I decided to make an exception. I live near Montgomery Alabama (a three hour drive purchasing a Genesis GV80 at Allen Turner Hyundai was so pleasant I decided to make an exception. I live near Montgomery Alabama (a three hour drive from Pensacola) so was not interested in driving to the dealership unless it was pretty clear that we could make a deal. I phoned them, identified the vehicle I wanted and described my trade-in. In less than an hour Robin, our salesperson provided me an offer. We reached an agreement, predicated on their inspection of my trade-in. I drove down the next day, they inspected my trade-in and we completed the deal as negotiated. It was raining when we arrived and they had our car in the showroom. Robin spent about 30 minutes demonstrating the features of the car and we took a test drive. I wasn’t sure how buying a car in one state for ownership in another would complicate the process. Jami, the Finance Manager, walked us through the paperwork and explained everything that we needed to do. They had clearly done this before and it wasn’t really more complicated than purchasing one in-state. In summary, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had. The people I dealt with were all pleasant, professional and there were no surprises. I never had that sort of “what’s going on” or “watch out” feelings that always seemed to pop up during my previous purchases at other dealers. More
