She quickly recognized that my wife and I were buying the car for my daughter and did a great job of selling to us while acknowledging my daughter throughout the process. I really didn't want to spend a lot of time at a dealership and Robin was able to get the job done quickly without cutting any corners in service. She took the time to go through all of the car operations with my daughter and fully explained every feature of the car. She also continued to reinforce to her that if she ever had any questions, just call or stop by and she would be happy to help her with it. Robin knew her stuff! You can immediately see that she values the creation of a relationship with us as customers vs just a sale. Not too pushy and responded to our time needs as well! She covered the entire book with my daughter in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Robin - you did an awesome job and we really appreciate your dedication to customer service! More
