He was also incredibly responsive in that I never waited for a response via text and phone call. We met initially, test drove, and purchased the perfect vehicle for me within 3 days, which greatly took a lot of stress off my plate. He answered every question extremely knowledgeably and with great patience, and overall made it an amazing learning experience.
