This was the third dealer we'd been to looking to trade-in my Ford Maverick for a pre-owned Tacoma. Deborah was head and shoulders above any other salesperson we spoke with at the other dealerships. She listened to us, answered our questions, and provided an amazing amount of useful information just during the test drive! So unlike the other dealerships, it actually seemed like she cared more about us getting the vehicle we wanted rather than her selling us the vehicle she wanted us to buy! My husband's in the market for a used 4Runner and it's an easy decision for him to call Deborah for help when the time comes. Just as refreshing was the time I spent with Rodney in finance! (seriously, I'm not making this up) My husband was dreading having to go back and deal with a finance guy. Even though we weren't financing the vehicle there's always the high pressure push at most dealerships to buy more warranties or other extra "special" stuff. Rodney was the exact opposite of all of that! While he explained all the options he made it clear it was up to us and when I told him I wasn't interested in the additional offers he moved right along to the other necessary paperwork. (Very cool electronic smartboard system they use!) Once again, it seemed like he was more concerned about making sure I understood everything and was happy with the outcome! What an awesome dealership. More
