Clem is thorough, professional, pleasant and skillful at his job. Clem kept the process on track and the transition to finance was smooth. Mo in finance whisked us through the process and we were on our way. There was an issue with a cigarette smoke odor in the used vehicle we purchased and Clem assured us they have a odor removal process and is handling the matter promptly. Good selection of quality used vehicles and the lifetime warranty makes it a "must visit' dealership. More
