This is a group that really works well together for the customer. They all really listen and are very considerate and make smart suggestions that are extremely helpful. The leasing experience was a breeze, so if you are one of the folks who really feels a little uneasy when going into dealership showrooms, this is the team for you. These folks give you information, but they don't try and talk you into anything. The dealership is very well-organized -- each person knows his role and carries it out well. My Fusion is gorgeous and Rocky showed me how to use the technology and even recommended that I stop by for tech classes when my schedule permits -- yes, Kenny Ross Ford even holds classes so you really do learn to use all that great Ford technology. More
