Carolyn Davis scheduled an appointment with me at my convenience. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was welcomed by the receptionist Carlene. Carolyn was prompt and welcoming. She listened to me and showed me the inventory I was interested in. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient when explaining the cars features. Carolyn programmed all the cars features to my needs and downloaded the Bluelink app to my phone. She also setup Android Auto so I could take advantage of this feature. The time and commitment that Carolyn, Randy, Jeremy and Rocky devoted to my purchase was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Jenkins and will continue to use their Service Department. I live in Newberry FL and the 40 minute drive to Ocala for exceptional customer service is not an issue. More
