Excited that we upgraded our 2022 Palisade SEL to a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy from Jenkins. Our sales rep was Brad Kiddy both times. It was a great experience and surprisingly quick once we settled on a price. I didn't expect to go home with the car that day as there was a little confusion as to where the car was located. As a senior citizen, I believe the sales manager pulled a "bait and switch" on me with the pricing of the vehicle. Unfortunately for me, I didn't catch it until after the contracts were signed. When I cont "bait and switch" on me with the pricing of the vehicle. Unfortunately for me, I didn't catch it until after the contracts were signed. When I contacted the sales manager the next day, he was unwilling to make any adjustment. I suggested that he simply add on the extended warranty at no charge, and that would show some integrity without costing him anything. But he chose not to do anything to make it right. So, IF you decide to do business with this dealership, be aware that the deal you SHAKE HANDS ON, is not necessarily the deal you will get on your contract. More
