We recently drove up with our daughter to Liberty to clear up a hiccup that occurred. We were greeted once again by Robbie who introduced us to (GM) Mike Plummer. He was apologetic and with a clear voice told our daughter that they will make it right and make her whole again for the inconvenience and time spent. Rocky (Finance) came over, bought us in his office and made a miracle happen. She left there with a 2025 HR-V Sport and a parting gift from GM Plummer.
