I recently had a challenging service in the sense that it was a multi tiered repair. They had to tackle A and then if that did't work go to plan B and then if all else failed resort to plan C, And the poin was a multi tiered repair. It's a difficult time in this industry it seems, so it is all the more confidence inspiring to deal with people who are professional and courteous.
