Worst service. I bought a truck and the backup camera didn’t work so I took it back in 4 days later. It took to 2 weeks to fix it and rocky didn’t even know what it I bought a truck and the backup camera didn’t work so I took it back in 4 days later. It took to 2 weeks to fix it and rocky didn’t even know what it was that fixed it. 1 day after i got it I had major electrical issues that I didn’t have before I took it in. They had it for 6 weeks and couldn’t find the cause. I had to trade it in for another truck. Also that truck was on the lot for sale a day later probably with major electrical issues. Crooked More

I bought my Jeep here in 2020 and it's been good until recently. I have experienced an issue that when I brought my gladiator in for it's warranty services, there wasn't any engine trouble or light indica recently. I have experienced an issue that when I brought my gladiator in for it's warranty services, there wasn't any engine trouble or light indicators. When I picked it up, I had driven a few miles to the turnpike to go home and the check engine light came on. So I went back and had a technician look at it. He told me that there could have been some chemical left in the intake from the induction service. He took it out to see if it cleared the trouble. Trouble was cleared out by the technician when I got it back. 4 days later the engine trouble indicator came back on. I took it to O'Reilly's in Choctaw to have the code read, and had a print out with the codes listed. The plenum seal, ignition coil, and spark plugs are having issues now. I have already talked to a few technicians and this could be an issue caused by the type of chemical used during the induction service. I'm not happy about this since I have kept up with every warranty service, all the extended warranty services, and all the oil changes with engine for life. I want this issue fixed. My Jeep went in with no issues and I truly want it back with no issues. More

Had a 130 service appointment on a Thursday, truck sat parked untouched for 14 days. Called 3 times, 1st time reached someone asked about truck and was told computer went down was put on hold and was hun parked untouched for 14 days. Called 3 times, 1st time reached someone asked about truck and was told computer went down was put on hold and was hung up on. Called right back transferred back to service no one picked up left message. Waited couple of days no return phone.call. Called a second time had to leave 2nd message asking for return phone call. Stopped by twice told it was under inspection, waited few more days. picked up on the second inquiry saw truck was parked in the back lot collecting dust. Employee we spoke too said they didn’t know anything they just returned to work. Reason service appointment was made was for an oil change and exhaust filter full sensor light was on. More
