outstanding attention to our needs From the moment we got out of our car, we were welcomed by Rod Kuzmanoski. He immediately evaluated our needs and showed us a RAV 4 XLE. We took it for a test drive and really liked the car. My wife mentioned she liked power seats so he said he had a RAV 4 PLATINUM that had power seats and many more accessories. He suggested we look at that on. So he looked in the yard, found only one, but my wife fell in love with it. He explained everything to us. We took the night to think about it and came back the next day to make the deal. We were very impressed with everything about the dealership. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to Ed Welch in Finance and Andrea in Accessories were very professional and friendly. Also, dealing with Rod's manager, Randy Marker, was a stand up guy and a pleasure to do business with. More
