I was seriously considering buying a 2022 Tesla Model S from Chapman’s Las Vegas Dodge, but my experience with their sales manager Bobby Flores completely ruined the deal. During the negotiation he repeatedly tried to add extra charges and manipulate the numbers. First the price kept changing, then I was told the taxes were “calculated incorrectly,” and suddenly additional fees started appearing. It really felt like he was hoping I wouldn’t notice and would just agree to the inflated total. When it became clear that I understood the numbers and wasn’t going to fall for it, his attitude immediately changed. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he started responding in a rude and dismissive way. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the dealership. They didn’t just lose a customer for this particular car — this experience seriously damaged my trust in the entire dealership. Buying a car should be transparent and straightforward, not a game of trying to trick the customer and then getting rude when it doesn’t work. I would strongly recommend being very careful if you decide to deal with this dealership. More

I dont see how anyon e can rate this place above one star. They took my car is with tfranny issue. They said it was under warranty. ANYONE ev.eb a child knows, you pull the pan and the filter is right there, no need to tear apart a tranny to see a filter. RIP OFF CITY is who they are. Had my car towed to a real car company. These people dont like customers very well. Next time you want to deny a warranty, look at the filter, dont take out the tranny and go Oh My I didnt see the filter. LOL More
