Horrible customer service, spoke with Rob back in Aug to get my car fix. Said he ordered the parts, called a few weeks to see if the parts were gotten yet, but the said they were on back order. Called again get my car fix. Said he ordered the parts, called a few weeks to see if the parts were gotten yet, but the said they were on back order. Called again last month as spoke with Michelle said that something fell through the cracks and the part hadn't been ordered and that she would take care of it along with the recall that was out on my car, said she would call me back in a few days to schedule the appointment. Never heard from her. Called back a week later got an appointment to get the original and recall problem fixed. When I brought it in, Rob told me they may not be able to fix the recall. When I told him I was told it would be fix, he just made excuses about why it may not get done. More

Elhart Automotive really helped me get out of a very bad situation with the car Manufacture Huyndai. Unfortunately, Huyndai had several recalls on the vehicles and mine was one of them. If it weren't for their professionalism and the rest of the staff, i would not have my car today. They also were very nice enough to provide a loaner car at no charge to me, and they only thing I had to pay for was fuel for that loaner.
