Rod is always great to work with when I bring my vehicle in for service! He even backed my car into the shop after it was serviced so I wouldn't have to walk too far as I just had hip surgery. in for service! I took my car in because of a recall issue. I was advised there was nothing wrong with the car and nothing was explained. What upset me MORE than anything was that No One, NO ONE was wearing a mask! advised there was nothing wrong with the car and nothing was explained. I found this very upsetting and wondered if Jeff Elhart knew HIS employees were NOT in compliance with an order from the Governor. More

Parts department was very pushy and threw an attitude when they clearly did not mention certain statements, when I brought more business. called in to talk about a problem I was having with 2011 sonata steering. The steeing wa feeling sloppy where when turning from left to right or right to left the steering wheel had slack in it and the stee sonata steering. The steeing wa feeling sloppy where when turning from left to right or right to left the steering wheel had slack in it and the steering wheel did not start moving the actual wheels right away I was told that there was a recall on my problem but there was not a safety problem . Managed to fit me in the following week. They [rovided me with a ride to my house and a pickup when the car was fixed. I m very happy with Elhart service. and with Hyundai. More

I will always take my car there for all it's service needs. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and cleaned my car after. They also send reminder texts. VERY dissatisfied! Under the hood was all grease and white gooey crap. Missing a battery cap on one side (they were both there when we dropped it off). You told us it would take 2-3 weeks and there was white gooey crap. Missing a battery cap on one side (they were both there when we dropped it off). You told us it would take 2-3 weeks and there was no rental car available. My wife called the next day and asked about a rental car. Nothing available. The next day, there was magically a rental car and a few hours later our car was done! That was a fast two weeks! We will NEVER buy from you again. Not a very class act. Plus, $176.00 for a battery!!!!! More
