This time, not very responsive. I needed to get a tire looked at for our new 2017 Santa Fe. Service didn't have time for it until next day. Had tire serviced elsewhere. My car was improperly taken care of and diagnose inaccurately. The Rod guy was very dismissive and uncaring. My car still had hanging pieces pertruding from the exterior. Rod blamed it on the towing inaccurately. The Rod guy was very dismissive and uncaring. My car still had hanging pieces pertruding from the exterior. Rod blamed it on the towing service. Then I was still charged diagnostic fee when the diagnose is inaccurate. Bad vibe and very very bad business. I wonder did he treat me that way because I’m a woman. More
