Rod is AWESOME! ! He is always so kind, friendly and ready to help. As busy as he gets, he always makes me feel valued as a customer by taking the time to ask “how ! As busy as he gets, he always makes me feel valued as a customer by taking the time to ask “how are you, how’s your husband and daughter” and he makes me laugh with our silly jokes we share. I’ve always been treated great by Rod and on my last visit for service, I had the pleasure of meeting Walter. He is so kind and considerate. Greeted me with a smile and made sure we were checked in and in queue. In my honest opinion, Elhart has a great service team that will get you taken care of. More

Made an appointment to get my wife’s car fixed, when I dropped it off the service advisor seemed rude to me. The car is burning a lot of oil and was told that my warranty wouldn’t cover the diagnostic of dropped it off the service advisor seemed rude to me. The car is burning a lot of oil and was told that my warranty wouldn’t cover the diagnostic of the cause and if after performing an oil consumption test it was found to be using excessive oil it would be my dime to get the engine removed and torn down for the warranty adjuster to evaluate. No phone call or anything was made to the warranty personal except from me and was told diagnostic is covered. Furthermore I my awd is inoperable and was told the same thing I pay for diagnostic and when I said welll don’t worry about checking the awd as I’m not interested in paying when I have a warranty for a reason I was told “well the techs don’t work for free” As a person who comes from a automotive background as a technician I know how important Customer service is and I felt it was poor here More

The service was fast and the waiting area was very comfortable, but they wanted to charge me over $100 more than the estimate! When I challenged the higher price, the Service Tech did drop the cost b comfortable, but they wanted to charge me over $100 more than the estimate! When I challenged the higher price, the Service Tech did drop the cost back down, which I did appreciate. The shop and waiting areas were nice and clean, too. More
