I been back over ther 5 times for contract an the payment goes up an when I look at the contact they got things on there that not on the car but you been charge for it im going to th news an BBB with this company. All iI want is my down payment back an my money back on tinted windows an my sound sytem 3800 if not I have a attorney. So I lost my grand baby 21 of april 2017 Rod Dollar had me to come back there on that day only to tell me I have 1 Hour to bring the car back or he was going to get the car REPO when I stay hour an half away they shop my credit so now I cant buy a car after I bought a car from them 3 years ago that I paid off 2 mouths ago an went back to them now I have nothing THANK ROD DOLLAR an NISSAN SOUTH YOU GET YOUR CAR BACK WHEN I GET MY 3000.00 BACK an the money back I put in a car that you sold me if i did not get Financed the car should not left the LOT 8 WEEKS AGO. HORRIBLE Customer Service!! After purchasing yet a 3rd vehicle from this dealership, their treatment of a "loyal" customer is down right appalling to say the very least. No one a After purchasing yet a 3rd vehicle from this dealership, their treatment of a "loyal" customer is down right appalling to say the very least. No one answers calls nor do they return them. Mr. Roddrecus "Rodney" Dollar (Finance Manager) claims he knows nothing about financial deals that are made and therefore cannot/will not honor them--even though he manages this area. When asked for contact information of the GM, Rodney says "I don't know his email or phone extension". Then proceeds to "accidentally" disconnect our call upon transfer to GM's assistant, Melanie Thomas. Once I spoke with Melanie she haughtily informs me that Rodney has made her, the GM (Mr. Chris White) and everyone else fully aware of my issue and that no one can further assist me--GM had officially directed Mr. Dollar to tell me that "we will NOT be making 1st payment!". As I attempted to explain my situation and the series of events that led up to the conversation with Rodney, she rudely says "I'll wait for you to finish talking over me". At that point, I was absolutely DONE with my attempts in hopes of an amicable resolution. NO LONGER will I waste my time and money at this dealership having to deal with rude and ignorant people who are only interested in making a quick deal!! Nissan Consumer Affairs was notified regarding this issue as they should NOT have people in position like this to represent their brand! More

ALL THEY WANT IS TO SELL A CAR; AFTER THAT YOU'RE S.O.L.!! IT HAS TAKEN ME TWENTY DAYS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND FIRST I WAS OFFERED A NEW NISSAN VERSA AND GIVEN THE VIN NUMBER AND TOLD TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. IT HAS TAKEN ME TWENTY DAYS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND FIRST I WAS OFFERED A NEW NISSAN VERSA AND GIVEN THE VIN NUMBER AND TOLD TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. THEN WHEN I CAME IN THE VEHICLE HAD CHANGED FROM A 2O14 WITH 11,000 MILES ON IT TO A 2012 WITH OVER 55,OOO MILES ON IT. THEN THEY HAD ME SIGN FOR A CAR WHICH THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE LEGAL POSSESSION OF YET. MEANING THE DEAL FOR THE TRADE IN HAD NOT COMPLETED YET. NOW COME TO FIND OUT THAT NO USED CAR INSPECTION WAS DONE ON THE VEHICLE. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR AND I DID NOT AND I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL PEOPLE, LORENZO, LINDA FAYE AND HERB AND NO ONE HAD GOTTEN BACK TO ME. AT LEAST HERB DID TRY TO PUT GAS IN THE CAR BUT AFTER USING UP MORE GAS BY TRAVELING TO TWO DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS I STILL WAS NOT ABLE TO GET GAS!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT THE SAGA ISN'T OVER YET BECAUSE THE SEAT BELT NOTIFICATION ISN'T WORKING AND HAD THEY DONE AN INSPECTION THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT!!! DID BUSINESS WITH THAT DEALERSHIP THIRTEEN YEARS AGO AND BOY DID I HAVE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE, MUCH MORE PLEASANT. FAYE PENN-MOORE FAVE ME THIS BIG SONG & DANCE ABOUT NOT PUTTING ANYONE IN AN UNSAFE CAR...WHAT'S MORE UNSAFE THEN A CAR WHO HAS NOT HAD AN INSPECTION! More
