For over 2 decades, my family always receives top notch service at Toyota! This summer we were seeking a commuter vehicle. My husband and I had our eyes on a hybrid Camry. We were greeted by Andy Long, service at Toyota! This summer we were seeking a commuter vehicle. My husband and I had our eyes on a hybrid Camry. We were greeted by Andy Long, sales manager who was attentive to our needs. When Andy learned we have a newborn this summer, he suggested a Sienna to accommodate our weekend family activities. We discussed our family/work requirements for a vehicle at length, and ultimately agreed on a Camry SE. Thank you Andy for your professionalism. Next he introduced us to his stellar team to facilitate this purchasing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Vivian Li, a sales associate who was extremely patient to help me connect with Toyota app and set up CarPlay before I left the dealership. She was thorough in showing me where the spare tire is placed and how I would secure my newborn car seat in the back. Vivian actually came in on her day off to assist with my transaction. Thank you, Vivian for your hard work and commitment! Shortly after working with Vivian, I was introduced to Roderick Buttram, finance manager. We went over countless pages of signatures together. What could've easily been a long and exhausting process turned out to be quite stress free. Roderick summarize each page that I was asked to sign to assure we had a mutual understanding of each step. Thank you, Roderick for your patience and thoroughness. It's been a pleasure working with Andy Long and his team at Fremont Toyota. I would recommend them for your future auto needs. More
