Excellent purchase experience We began our search for the vehicle we wanted at a different dealership. After not finding the model car that we wanted with the right options, we dec We began our search for the vehicle we wanted at a different dealership. After not finding the model car that we wanted with the right options, we decided to order a new car in the new year models. We discussed this with the salesman; who said he would get back to us shortly. Well, two weeks later I received an email that said that dealership could not do that. Their expert was no longer employed there. So, I went online to find out when the new 2018 models would be built. At that time, we went to Walker Ford, and from the first second we entered the dealership, it was "can do" from everyone there. It was an easy, seamless purchase experience from the beginning. Our salesman (Rod Miller) was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They ordered the car in just a few minutes. And when the car arrived, it was prepared and serviced on schedule. We inspected the car and all the options we wanted were correct. The dealership even put on a free paint coating to prevent road debris from sticking to the clean paint.A great purchase experience. Walker Ford is the best Ford dealership in Tampa Bay! I just picked up a brand new Ford Focus RS from Walker Ford. My wife purchased a Focus ST 6 months ago and we both fell in love with Walker. Our sales person Rodnell is such a pleasure to work with. He really listens to your needs and really gets you what you are working for. a good experience I was flipped to a used truck (from a 2017 to a 2016 with an additional 1yr 36000 mi warranty) but it had more bling then the new one so it ended up w I was flipped to a used truck (from a 2017 to a 2016 with an additional 1yr 36000 mi warranty) but it had more bling then the new one so it ended up with it being a better choice for me. Great, Friendly Service We went into the dealer knowing what kind of truck we wanted. Rod had no problem finding a couple options for us. Rod was very friendly to deal with.
