I met with my salesperson, Rodney Bradley who has helped me 4 times prior on car purchases. Rodney, has consistently put the needs of my family, and given great advice, and utilized his experience on every me 4 times prior on car purchases. This most recent meeting with Rodney, occurred on Christmas Eve of this year. I had seen an truck that I was interested in, at this time it wasn’t one of the new cars, it was a used vehicle. This particular vehicle was one that I had been interested in that had been on their lot for at least two weeks. Rodney was just as interested in selling another product off of their lot, as he was in taking care of me with my other four Toyota purchases. At first I felt like I was supporting a practice that I wasn’t really in favor of. I was shopping on Christmas Eve, when I felt like the employees really needed to be able to be with their families. Rodney had a great attitude, I was surrounded with others in the dealership during that day, dressed in Christmas suits, and all seeming to be very happy while working on Christmas Eve. Rodney listen to my needs, gave me a thorough review of the vehicle I was interested in, listen to it my financial concerns were, and made sure that he worked with the management team and finance department in order to assist me in purchasing my fifth vehicle from Pat Lobb Toyota. It was a great experience, and I for one recommend this dealership. I had never purchased a vehicle on Christmas Eve, but felt like I had given myself a great Christmas present, along with the partnership of Toyota. More

Quality folks selling quality vehicles. Everything about this car purchase should have been nerve racking and gone wrong... but nothing did. Rodney absolutely made this sale as awesome as it could've been. I was looking for a hard-to-find (in 2 racking and gone wrong... but nothing did. Rodney absolutely made this sale as awesome as it could've been. I was looking for a hard-to-find (in 2022) vehicle. A low-miles (less than 10k), reasonably priced, white 4Runner Off Road Premium. Well... he had it and made all of my fears about buying from out of town go away. Rodney took videos and even described the interior scent to me over the video. Talk about details and going above and beyond. He didn't stop there - he picked me up from the airport to come to the dealership, kept great conversation and even offered me cookies! At the end of the day a nice showroom, cookies and being good on the phone doesn't mean anything if the car is beat to xxxx or the price is gouged to the roof, but Pat Lobb accurately represents what they have and price the cars normally. Love it. My experience with car dealership people has never been like this, in fact, I really didn't want to even talk to someone in a dealership because it's been historically pretty awful. Rodney (and Matt in finance) totally changed my opinion. I'd buy a car from Rodney again any day of the week. More

I came in hoping that my experience would be a positive one. Rodney was the first to greet us within just a moment of being on the lot. He let us know that he was available if we had any questions or wante one. Rodney was the first to greet us within just a moment of being on the lot. He let us know that he was available if we had any questions or wanted to test drive a vehicle. I sincerely appreciated him not hounding us or shadowing us while we took a look at the Tacomas. Once I was satisfied with what I wanted to test drive, we approached Rodney who was waiting for us. He let us take a test drive on two different makes and we ended up on the first choice, the Tacoma, that I originally wanted to come look at. He was very knowledgeable, but again NOT PUSHY, which was excellent. He offered us water and a seat while he took my information and we got to business. He was there every step of the way, explaining everything to me in a way that made me comfortable to make a purchase. I had a very unfortunate experience at another dealership earlier in the day and I was extremely satisfied with Rodney's patience, his professionalism, just the overall way that he worked with us was positive. Rodney handed us over to Antonio who was also very professional and friendly and easy to work with. Everything was copied and given to me and I was very happy with every single step of the process. I would recommend Toyota of McKinney to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Thanks guys! More
