This is my 2nd purchase with Rodney Bradley and Pat Lobb Toyota. Rodney goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. He is great to work with. I drove all the way from Red Oak,TX to McKinney to buy fr Toyota. Rodney goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. He is great to work with. I drove all the way from Red Oak,TX to McKinney to buy from them twice now. I’m a female & have always done my own deals. I usually finance through my Credit Union. This time they were able to beat the rate, so I financed with them. They even let me drive it home the same day. Over the last 7-8 years, Rodney stayed in touch wishing me Happy Birthday or happy car anniversary. I drive cars for a long time. My Rav4 lasted 7-8 years until I wrecked it. I called Rodney & he got me a nicer Rav4 in my fav color. Plus, Rodney usually helps set everything up (Bluetooth, phone, etc). He also helped me return my rental. I've bought 3 vehicles in the past two years from Pat Lobb Toyota and all 3 were with salesman Rodney Bradley. Rodney always does a great job communicating and helping me locate the type of vehicle I'm looking for at that particular time. I know when I get that itch next to pick up another new vehicle I will head right back over to Pat Lobb and ask for Rodney, no hesitation on either count. I'd recommend this dealership and this sales person to anyone looking for a good experience.
