My experience can be rated 0 for everything. No timely responses or communication with the customer. I had another advisor (Chris) on the phone telling me that the mechanic has been working on my car for 4 hours, but when I arrived at the dealership that same day I was told that my advisor ( Rodney), was off and nothing has been done just for that reason alone. I have not received any updates for several days after dropping my car off. I'm considering selling this car, but I'm not going to use your dealership for anything. I couldn't arrange transportation on time and had to miss 2 days of work just because I wasn't given a clear picture of what might have happened and what the rough time estimate could have been. Communication is a big issue at your place. I'm a single mom and this is my only method of transportation. No family nearby. This was my experience with Tamron Hyundai. Have a great day! More
