I have always been satisfied with your service department. On 8/10/21; I had a 10AM appointment for an oil change but waited on a 15 minute line just to enter the garage. I realize you may be shor department. On 8/10/21; I had a 10AM appointment for an oil change but waited on a 15 minute line just to enter the garage. I realize you may be short staffed and there is probably a Pandemic related overflow. I will continue to visit but please try not to overbook and possibly find a way to prioritize appointment customers. More

Honda of Staten Island is hands down the best dealership around! I’ve visited plenty of Honda dealerships for service over the years and I must say Honda of Staten Island delivers an outstanding service exp around! I’ve visited plenty of Honda dealerships for service over the years and I must say Honda of Staten Island delivers an outstanding service experience! The manager Jeff and his staff are extremely professional! Jeff is always friendly and welcoming! I will never go anywhere else. Service is always quick and easy. When I bring my bmw in for service I wait hours if not days to receive my car. When I go to Honda it’s always done within 45 mins! 5 stars across the board! More

Worst service I've had in my life. Incompetent manager did not allow me to speak to Honda rep that was currently at the service center and called me blind. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this deal did not allow me to speak to Honda rep that was currently at the service center and called me blind. Irresponsible and unbelievably bad if not criminal behavior of Staten Island Honda management staff. I will never go to that service ever again. I made an appointment for Monday to bring my Honda Ody behavior of Staten Island Honda management staff. I will never go to that service ever again. I made an appointment for Monday to bring my Honda Odyssey in because there was some strange banging coming from the front of my car and I have a warranty . They looked at it and said we have to order some parts, you have to bring your car tomorrow - the next day - which I did. When I brought my car in the next day they told me, OH, it is a big job (two hours job) and they cannot do it the same day and I have to leave the car there and they will call me when ready, so I did. I left the car there and waited that day, and the next, day, and the next day and they never called me. On third day I went there (around 10am) to see what is going on and they said: "ok you car will be fixed today, the next car to be fixed will be yours." Nothing happened. After hours and hours of begging they they finally took my car inside at 3pm. I was so excited and happy thinking my car will finally be fixed but it never happened. After removing my car's front wheels and waiting for about an hour they told me that they ordered the wrong parts. I told them to put the wheels back and I left. After waiting for three days and night my car never got fixed. More
