Easiest car buying experience EVER When I called Chris Dunson and his team @ Vernon Auto Group, at 9am they didn't even have the vehicle (2018 Chevrolet Tahoe) I was in the market for o When I called Chris Dunson and his team @ Vernon Auto Group, at 9am they didn't even have the vehicle (2018 Chevrolet Tahoe) I was in the market for on their lot. By noon the same day, they had reviewed the value of my trade, based on my solemn word alone. The entire transaction was done over the phone. Since I live an hour away from them. They made me an offer at almost $2k over trade-in value, and were on their way to a dealer 2+ hours away to pick up the vehicle I wanted. By 4:30 pm the same day, I was signing paperwork, and awaiting the vehicle to be detailed and gassed up. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership. Time is money, and they didn't waste a minute of mine. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they had ever had, even though that is far from the truth. I will most definitely be a returning customer when it is time to buy another vehicle. Great folks. Even better service. One could not go wrong buying a vehicle from these wonderful people. More
