The follow up after purchase was great The dealership delivered vehicle 160 miles away. I had purchased the vehicle online. The vehicle was delivered on a low tire and needed an alignment. The dealership delivered vehicle 160 miles away. I had purchased the vehicle online. The vehicle was delivered on a low tire and needed an alignment. I took the vehicle to a local shop and they said it needed two new tires as well as the alignment. The dealership contacted me prior to the vehicle to to follow up asking if the vehicle needed anything. I work out of town and they honored the vehicle needs even though it took me around 20 days to get the vehicle fixed. They sent 400 dollars for 2 new tires, a small piece for the seat cover in the backseat, and the money to reimburse the alignment cost. More

Totally painless buying experience. I looked at their trucks online and picked out the one we wanted. I filled out a trade form, giving all the details of our trade. We had them deliver the vehicle to us 400 mile away. We signed papers and swapped vehicles. It was that easy. No going back and forth to a mysterious boss that you play games with all day. It's like it should be. Will definitely buy again from these guys! More
