HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I bought the F250 truck from their website, sight unseen and had it delivered to me...although there were unforeseen issues with it, Ashley in custome I bought the F250 truck from their website, sight unseen and had it delivered to me...although there were unforeseen issues with it, Ashley in customer service was absolutely fantastic in helping me to resolve them and I want to make sure she is recognized for her efforts!!!!!... Who ever heard of a dealership actually standing behind the sale of a used vehicle??? I have to give Vernon Auto Group a 10++++ on integrity!!! The sales transaction was easy and pleasant....Rodney was an absolute pleasure to work with, answering all questions and getting info on those that he did not have answers on... I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from them. I would "HIGHLY" recommend Vernon Auto Group to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, even if you can't get there to see it in person, as they are an Honest and Upstanding group of people!!!!!!! More

But my experience was very different at Vernon Auto Group. I was looking for a used truck, under $10,000 and with around 100,000 miles. I first saw the truck I bought on carsforsale.com listed by Vernon Auto Group. Living two hours away, it was a bit further than I really wanted to go. The salesman I dealt with was Rodney Haston. He was great! When I first called about the truck, he went out and gave me an accurate description of its condition. I took the trip down, bought the vehicle, and I'm really glad I did. I found it a great experience, they were honest with no pressure, and will consider buying my next vehicle from them. They gave me a great price, and the 07 GMC Sierra runs great! I highly recommend doing business with Vernon Auto Group. More

Excellent buying experience I saw a '03 Camry being advertised on KBB, so I decided to drive down from Wichita Falls and check it out, well worth the trip. The Camry was as advertised, clean and in good driving condition. The rep that assisted us was Rodney Haston, he was very patient, showed us the Camry and other cars and answered all our questions. He was not in a haste to make another sale, but stayed with us until we were fully satisfied. The next car I am buying or if anyone asks me for advise re purchasing a car, I know which car mart to direct them and which rep to ask for. More

From my initial telephone contact with Victor Overby and the actual delivery of my 2013 King Ranch Super Duty it was a honest, pleasant and professional experience. I was apprehesive and suspicious about the actual delivery of my 2013 King Ranch Super Duty it was a honest, pleasant and professional experience. I was apprehesive and suspicious about the price and the Lifetime Warranty and I emailed Victor over 188 times with questions until I was comfortable enough to place a deposit and I built the truck online and faxed the order to Victor and within the time frame that Victor promised my new truck arrived a week early. I ordered every conceivable option that I could and the truck was 1000% perfect when I arrived there and with a full tank of fuel. What also impressed me and others was that when my new truck arrived at the dealership I was able to view over 50+ photos of my actual truck on Vernon's Website. Great Photographer! At the dealership when I finally arrived I was greeted by Kim and her Big Friendly Smile ..within minutes I jumped in my new truck with Victor and Kim and we went thru every switch, button, on board computer, navigation, manuals etc..until I was satisfied enough and had no more questions. Victor and Kim have a tremendous amount of product knowledge and they would have spent the whole day with me until I was satisfied. Megan wrote up my finance deal with "No Pressure" and I was out the door and on the road in no time. The only regret I had was not spending more time at the dealership looking at all the trucks they had (most of them were already sold) and not asking Kim out to lunch..since she was so pleasant and informative to be around. I have bought many new vehicles troughout my life in different States but again I can't stress the fact that if you want real friendly honest and professionalism make sure to contact Victor at Vernon Auto Group. It was well worth the traveling and they have a customer for Life. As a matter of fact I am going to build and purchase a new 2014 F-150 and another family member is going to purchase a new F-250 Platinium from Victor in the very near future.
