I showed up at 12:30pm for a oil change had two cars before and didn’t leave till 3 because ppl had appointments and they just took care of them before me. Made an appointment for sun roof leaking was told it would be looked at either the same day or the next. Next day came and they said it would be another 2 days before the mechanic could look at it. Rodn would be looked at either the same day or the next. Next day came and they said it would be another 2 days before the mechanic could look at it. Rodney was really nice the issue wasn’t his fault. The service department just needs better communication and knowing when mechanics will be in for the issue appointments are made for. More
