Watch this place. This is not the old Swope group. I had a pre approval from the Cadillac side of the business and was told by sales guy it would transfer to Honda World. It got worse from there. They ran my credit against my approval but told me they needed a credit app form with mt packet. As a veteran I was put in a bad situation because I told the sales rep I was working on a refi thus I was only going to use my pre approval amount. They ONLY care about selling a car. Even after the ran my credit multiple times the didn't even use the new pre approval I had gotten from another company. At this point I needed a car and I accepted a deal. Watch your deal, if you understand the process don't let yourself be lied to. The guy I dealt with I have know for 20 plus years who did a lot of telling me he got me when they asked for more information but he didn't do much to convey my wishes to the finance people my intent. When I signed the manager that did the paperwork acted shocked when I explained what was going on. THIS WAS BAD BUSINESS......... More

I have been a Honda Customer for 16 years here and in my home state. I purchased a 2019 Odyssey there last week and since the purchase the customer service has been awful. The had to repeatedly call the finance director for over 48 hours and leave messages. He never called back. I finally got him on the phone. I had a simple question about refinancing because our credit union gave us an interest rate of 3.1% versus the rate of 6.8% which he quoted. I purchased the perma-plane protection service for $1500 only to be later be told there is actually no such additional protection. I know when the finance director kept pushing it, he said something would be added to the interior and exterior and I had to set up an appointment to have it applied. But when calling the delivery department repeatedly for 3 days to set up an appointment for the product to be installed the representative tells me there is nothing to install. I just purchased nothing for $1500. She stated in case there is a problem, the company would repair the problem. Which if you ask me, the entire sale of the product is fraud. But what really bothers me, since the first time I stepped into this dealership 4 years ago for an oil change, there have been multiple attempts to get me to purchase a car. As you know, while I wait for for the service to be completed, someone is there trying to convince me to purchase a new car, 2-3 days after the service someone is emailing or texting to convince me to purchase a new car. There appear to be a flood of representatives on the ready to sell you a car. But the minute I purchased a car, it’s as if no one works there anymore. We are planning on purchasing our teenager an Accord in the Spring. So as you can imagine we will NOT be purchasing the car from this dealership. We will go to Cincinatti or Indiana. More
