great experience, highly recommended I worked with Rodney Thomas and I can't recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted....I went in on a Satur I worked with Rodney Thomas and I can't recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted....I went in on a Saturday and the financing was not going through and I thought that was it and then he called me on Monday (a holiday, which he was still working) and told me come on over and get my car, he had worked it out. Love love love the car, super happy I got to work with Rodney and for all the help he gave. I was not by any stretch getting the most expensive car on the lot but he treated me like I was the most important customer he had and I really appreciated it. More

The Finance Rep, as well as the rest of the staff contributed into making me feel as if I mattered and they have no problem going the "extra mile". 25 to 5 So I walked in to the Honda World with a Capital One pre-approved offer and found Nick which was awesome from the start. He gave it to me straight and So I walked in to the Honda World with a Capital One pre-approved offer and found Nick which was awesome from the start. He gave it to me straight and told me what to expect and what was going to happen and didn't lie to me about anything. My wife and I have been going to the Swope (name changed now) dealerships for quite some time now and we are always treated right by Rodney which is the sales person that Nick called in because I mentioned that we usually like to go to him. That definitely shows loyalty among the ranks and they're not just out for the money. Well I walked through the door skeptical to the fact that 6 months before I was turned down everywhere. Come to find that Nick was almost more excited than I was that Honda Auto Finance approved me and took my interest rate from 25 percent to A little under 5 percent! The amount of money that saves me is astronomical not to mention I'm driving a brand spanking new CRV! The bottom line is that if anyone asks me where they should go to look for their next car Honda World is right where I'll send them. More

Rodney met us; explained what was available and took us for a test ride. The negotiation on price and trade in was both quick and fair (or maybe more than fair from our perspective). Although Rodney brought in management (thanks Richard) we were never pressured to purchase. In the business office Brandon quickly explained various maintenance options but didn't didn't pressure us and we were in and out with our (almost) new Lexus. I would definitely return if I needed another vehicle and work with Rodney again. Thanks Rodney More

The service was impeccable, employees were friendly and very helpful. I was hesitant to buy my new vehicle as it was across state lines; however, the dealership brought in the vehicle that I wanted so that I could look at it and make a decision with no pressure. I got a great deal on the car that I wanted and it was no hassle. As long as I am in the area I will continue to do business with this dealership. If I am in an area close enough, I will travel to do business with this dealership again. More
