Rodney Thomas Went the Extra Mile Went in to purchase a 2016 Honda Pilot. Test Drove and LOVED IT!!!! Also test drove a Dodge SUV and 2 Honda CRV's. Thought I LOVED the 1st Honda CRV, Went in to purchase a 2016 Honda Pilot. Test Drove and LOVED IT!!!! Also test drove a Dodge SUV and 2 Honda CRV's. Thought I LOVED the 1st Honda CRV, then Rodney advised there was a certified Honda CRV on the lot. Not only was it certified, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL and had all the extras. Rodney kept telling me "I just want you to be happy." Rodney was very knowledgeable about the inventory as well as the car buying process. What I enjoyed most about this visit, was Rodney's patience and sense of humor. RODNEY MADE THIS MY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! 2010 Lexus Hybrid My wife and I purchased a 2010 Lexus from Honda World and our Sales Consultant was Rodney Thomas. Rodney was an awesome salesman that answered all of My wife and I purchased a 2010 Lexus from Honda World and our Sales Consultant was Rodney Thomas. Rodney was an awesome salesman that answered all of our questions and explained every detail from start to finish. He demonstrated a sincere interest in ensuring our family was happy with not only our purchase but also the entire car buying process. I would highly recommend you seek out Rodney if you stop into Honda World! After about one month of having the vehicle we started to have issues with the push to start and brought it in to be checked out. I first spoke to Jessica Washer over the phone and she was extremely helpful answering my questions. I brought the vehicle in and it was checked out and nothing could be found wrong with it. The next day the car was having the same issue but this time the car could not be started. I had the vehicle towed to Honda World in the evening and the next day Debra Judd was very helpful answering questions and keeping me up to date on what the mechanics were finding wrong. Debra also arranged a shuttle for myself to be picked up from work and brought into the dealership when the car was ready. In the end it was a battery replacement that was required and there was confusion on if I would be paying for it or if Honda would. After speaking with Rodney he talked to his manager and Honda ended up paying for the battery. As far as the tow, I had to pay out of pocket initially and the cost of the tow was $180 and after talking with Jessica she said Honda pays a certain amount (usually between $60 - $70). Jessica asked me to send her the invoice and she would work on the reimbursement. I think it is great that Honda World does pay some of the towing but I would recommend that Honda World and their towing companies work out a flat rate to limit the out of pocket cost for the buyer. In the end, Jessica and Debra in service were both great and Rodney was an awesome Sales Consultant that went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and had a great experience at Honda World. More
