Rodney was fine. He was friendly and did a good job. Unfortunately the person that handles the paperwork in the end of the process was horrible. Of all the dealerships we visited, Halterman's was the only one that tried to accomodate our monthly payment request and vehicle options without trying to 'push' vehicles with higher payments and unwanted only one that tried to accomodate our monthly payment request and vehicle options without trying to 'push' vehicles with higher payments and unwanted options. Choosing a vehicle was quick and easy (once we figured out what we could afford). We had expected to have to take something "off the lot" at our price point, but they actually got the vehicle we wanted, in the color we wanted, with the exact options we wanted... all within budget and in just a few days. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy... less than an hour and we were out the door in a new car. This vehicle was a lease, but I expect the next to be a purchase and we will likely visit them again at that time. More

The team was great. They want out of there way to find the van we needed and get it ready quickly to fit our schedule for pickup. I liked the way the pricing worked. Haltermans cut straight to the point and offered me $500 over invoice right from the start. My negotiations were fair My price but I will aways want a little more money off the vehicle! More
