I can’t recommend Jim Norton Toyota enough. I purchased from out of state and they accommodated me up untill I drove off the dealership. Gibson, AJ, and Brandon made the entire process as smoot I purchased from out of state and they accommodated me up untill I drove off the dealership. Taylor was fantastic with her communication. I appreciated her, wanting to sell me a vehicle, but not making me uncomfortable with pressure that pushes me away. I was pressured away from the last dealership, who actually had a Land Cruiser that I preferred in color, but they were so desperate to get a sell. I told my wife I did not care what vehicle we purchased, just as long as we purchased it from Taylor. She had a very pleasant and refreshing approach! I could not be happier with the overall purchase experience. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but Taylor provided the most pleasant experience!
