I am very disappointed with Robert Schilling regarding the service contract. He stated with three of us in the room hearing the same thing that he would give me the same contract I had last time which was the service contract. He stated with three of us in the room hearing the same thing that he would give me the same contract I had last time which was eight years, 80,000 miles with a zero deductible and what I received was seven years 70,000 miles with $100 deductible and it was only $100 cheaper than what I paid last time which he told me he was gonna give me $200 cheaper. He made a good experience turn sour I’ve left him several messages and he has not returned my phone call. He knew that the last guy I dealt with screwed me and told me he would never do that, but yet he has. More
