My interaction with Roger Allen was superb. He looked around the lot with me and we found a brand new Toyota Corolla which did not have All Wheel Drive as I had wanted but ultimately I bought the car and was very happy with the price they gave me for the beat up RAV4 as a trade in. I will never buy a car again from route 44 toyota. Not only was the service bad, but I was also lied too by my sales rep. I was not told what was wrong with my car at the time of purchase, and was led Not only was the service bad, but I was also lied too by my sales rep. I was not told what was wrong with my car at the time of purchase, and was led on to think that the repairs needed for my car would be taken care of. I kept getting told one thing by one person and then told the complete opposite by the next. A week into owning my Vehicle , My car overheated due to no coolant in my car, i popped open the hood and my coolant was completely dry. Come to find out there was no coolant running through my car at all. I went to go get it fixed, got it fixed. I went to go and collect my car, to find out that there is still a coolant leak, and they don’t know where it is coming from. I have gone back and forth with the dealer ship making appointments, showing up to said appointments, sitting in the waiting room for hours to find out what I went in for wasn't even done. Worst experience! More

This dealer harassed me via phone & text for days after I had cancelled the deal, which I cancelled because when I went in to pick up my brand new car they tried to switch me to a leased vehicle, thinking I wouldn't notice! (Who puts $5000 down on a lease????) The story switched multiple times of who was at fault, and then I received a text the day after I already had received my deposit back & very clearly had cancelled the deal & asked to stop being contacted by the salesman asking "are you still upset or are you ready to be reasonable?" DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR HERE!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!! More
