Disappointed!!! I leased a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 on 11/27/15. My husband and I dealt with Roger Allen, whom I thought was great at the time. I told him abouth the only I leased a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 on 11/27/15. My husband and I dealt with Roger Allen, whom I thought was great at the time. I told him abouth the only two options I wanted: Heated side mirrors and auomatic lights. He explained that the lights were only available on the XLE but assured me the LE I was interesed in had the heated mirrors. After three hours of back and forth negotiations, I left with my new Rav4. Several days later I left my car out to test the mirrors and found they are not heated. Several text messages from Roger confirm they are there and will work. I went back to the dealership to have a remote start installed and was told by Roger's helper that the mirrors are heated and showed what button to push. In the end, they are not there and I was told I can upgrade with a $400 monthly payment. Filed a complaint today with the Attorney General's Office. I recommend you shop a different dealer!!! More

Best car shopping experience I've been to several car dealerships shopping for cars over the years and have bought 3 cars. Out of my 3 car buying experiences, Rt. 44 was the most I've been to several car dealerships shopping for cars over the years and have bought 3 cars. Out of my 3 car buying experiences, Rt. 44 was the most enjoyable. They don't play all the annoying games that other dealerships play. Roger was just such a sweet man who listened to what I was looking for and gave me his honest opinions on my options without trying to push unrealistic expectations just to make a sale. He jumped through hoops to find the truck I really wanted. In the end he landed me in the truck of my dreams at a price I could afford. The whole experience from finding the truck to financing was stress free and felt very personal. I left Rt. 44 feeling like I made some new friends as well as a new truck. I would recommend anyone looking for a toyota to stop by Rt. 44 and ask for Roger Allen. You won't be disappointed. More
