Roger had to deal with plenty variables working with us. We had to have a vehicle that had to support an automatic wheelchair (The Beast) and it had to be able to be feasible enough to get me in and out comfortably. It also had to be something that would allow my husband to cart things if need be as he was giving up a truck to go into this new vehicle. I think we must have worked Roger and a few others to the bone to finally end up Leasing a Town & Country. AND we love it!!! We also had to deal with the Issues of the dealership for dealers parking in the Handicap spots of which I am certain sure they are working very hard to correct this problem. RIGHT BOYS???? RIGHT???? Pretty sure they will hear The Beast's horn if not! We should have been on the clock there as we met a lot of other friendly salespeople besides Roger. However, I must say that working with Roger was by far the greatest as we truly respect his honesty, knowledge and aggressiveness. Thanks for tolerating 'US' Roger ... LOL/You're the greatest! More

Several months ago I stopped by Suburban to just look at cars..nothing serious. I met Roger Bacon that day and it was literally his very first day. He was knowledgeable about his product but he was relational to the point I did not feel like I was at a dealership. He took the time and that day always stuck with me and I said once I'm ready to get a car I would be back to see roger. This past week I waltzed in looking for him. He was sooooo surprised that I randomly popped in, but it was cool. Roger remembered that day I came in and all the things that I was interested in. I work in sales and I can say that hands down the impact he leaves on people and the interactions he has gives you the best experience and by the end I was secure in my decision and he truly worked to meet my needs and help me find a way to lease my first car on my own at a reasonable price. There's a ton more I can say. Long Story short: If you're looking or need help with cars, definitely go see Roger. More
