Wonderful Experience I've always purchased vehicles in the past and was curious about leasing this time around. As this would be my first time leasing a vehicle, I was fu I've always purchased vehicles in the past and was curious about leasing this time around. As this would be my first time leasing a vehicle, I was full of questions and concerns and Roger took the time to answer all of them and was eager to share and explain the benefits of leasing. What stood out the most to me was that I wasn't able to get to the dealership until an hour or so before close at 9pm, however Roger and Gary (and others) stayed well past closing time on their already extended-hours day to take care of me so I would be able to get into the vehicle I wanted with the added options I wanted and have everything ready to go for when it was time for me to come pick up my new vehicle. I didn't feel rushed at any time during the whole process. I am a proud new owner (lessee) of a new RAM 1500 and I love it. Awesome Experience! I was shopping around the area for comparable cars on a list I put together and wandered into the Suburban Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership. I work in the area and honestly could have dressed better, but Roger nearly beat me to the door to come talk to me. He asked me what I was in the market for and the Challenger I had been considering was five feet away from us. My situation was I could pretty much get a discount on everything I wanted besides that car, but liked the initial conversation with Roger and told him I would bring my fiancé back that night. When I came back that night Roger sat down with myself and my fiancé and pretty much just had a conversation. We looked everything over and I realized the car was a great value compared to what I was looking at. The other sales team members and the store manager spent time with us as well as the environment at Suburban is very friendly and unique. I purchased the vehicle and while I was getting situated Roger had some potential buyers come in. Being in sales I knew he was in a jam, but he followed through making sure I understood how to use the functions of my vehicle and missed out on another potential opportunity. When I went back to get my plate Gary from finance let me know they found a lower interest rate for me and we did my paperwork over to adjust to the lower rate. Roger and the entire Suburban Team are awesome! I appreciate Roger was well researched and outclassed every sales member of the competition I met with that day. Some of these being "exclusive dealers with exclusive sales people", but when I talked to them assumed they would talk me down from a higher trim level to another as they didn't think it was a good fit for me. I appreciate Roger's help and will recommend my network to see him as well! More

Our salesman went the extra miles for us! We drove 1 1/2 hrs to your dealership to work with RJ. We had done most of the work on the phone in advance to speed up our visit. RJ found us our car at another lot, and arranged the trade. The car he was trading was damaged and we were 15 minutes away. The hunt began for Rj, he ended up upgrading our vehicle at the same price. What a guy! We love our new car and would recommend RJ to anyone and everyone. To top that off he drove our vehicle 1 1/2 hr to our home in Vassar! Go RJ!!!! More
