Ease and Confidence! Roger was the greatest sales consultant I could have asked for! As a young woman in her early 20s, going to a car dealership alone could be scary and Roger was the greatest sales consultant I could have asked for! As a young woman in her early 20s, going to a car dealership alone could be scary and intimidating. But Roger was so nice about everything--and in general all of the staff was just so friendly! Roger walked me through everything, and with my limited free time he went above and beyond to text me and email me with all of the details and step by step what he needed, so I could work around my crazy schedule and then I only needed to come in once to sign the papers! Very nice for someone who really only has free time on Saturdays. Roger was so laid back and treated all of my questions with a prompt and informative response, never condescending (which is really nice because I probably asked so many obvious questions!). He really understood what I wanted, got to know my background to help me reach the best options and decisions for me, and did everything he could-AND THEN SOME(!) to make sure I was feeling confident and was able to make my decision easily. I took about 50 of Roger's business cards, so I definitely recommend him and will be recommending him! Roger is the man! More
