My name is Roger Bacon I am from a small town in the thumb of Michigan called Vassar. I have a beautiful wife and 3 amazing sons at home. I've been in sales/management roles for the last 16yrs. I decided when I started selling cars that I would do it differently. My only goal is to create the most enjoyable car buying experience possible for all of my guests. I understand that you have choices and that you can buy the same vehicle from 12 different dealerships within a 30 mile radius. Excellent Customer Service Purchased vehicle from Suburban Chrysler Jeep and the sales person Roger Bacon was EXCELLENT! He went as far as personally delivering our vehicle to o Purchased vehicle from Suburban Chrysler Jeep and the sales person Roger Bacon was EXCELLENT! He went as far as personally delivering our vehicle to our home at 9:30PM because we were tied up during the day and could not make it to the dealership. I love my new car and I'd recommend Roger and Suburban Chrysler to any of my friends & family. Roger was very helpful, kind, responsive (phone, email & text) and I never felt rushed, pressured or forced into anything.
