Fantastic Experience!! I had been dreading getting a new car due to past experiences but what a pleasant surprise at East Hills!! Was looking at luxury brands and higher en I had been dreading getting a new car due to past experiences but what a pleasant surprise at East Hills!! Was looking at luxury brands and higher end models but wanted a 4*4 from a brand I had the best experience with in the past JEEP - so I stopped mid-decision on another brand and made a trip to this dealership. Best decision ever! Roger and Curtis were patient, accommodating and took the time to really understand my needs, "must have's" and "good to have's." There was so pushy sales tactic or the patronizing tone I was receiving at some of the other dealerships; as if a woman cannot make a wise decision on a car purchase. They were involved at every step of the process and Roger even took the time to walk me thru all the features on the car when I went to pick up the keys. And Arnie made the part of the process that is usually the most tedious and stressful, the financing, easy to bear and quite pleasant. Such a sweet guy If you are dreading that walk into the showroom, to spend an entire day dealing with annoying sales tactics, put everything aside and give these guys a shout. You will not be disappointed :) More

TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION, I WAS TURNED OVER TO THE BUSINESS MANAGER , ARNIE PRICE. ARNIE PAINLESSLY PUT THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THE DEAL AND I WAS OUT THE DOOR. THREE WEEKS LATER, I NOTICED A SMALL PROBLEM WITH MY RADIO. I UNANNOUNCED , SHOWED UP AT THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I WAS GREETED BY ROGER WITH THE SAME ENTHUSIASM AS I WAS THE DAY I MADE MY PURCHASE. WITHIN TEN MINUTES, MY CAR WAS IN THE HANDS OF MICHAEL CARTELLI, "SERVICE ADVISOR' , AND I WAS ON MY WAY TO IMMEDIATE SATISFACTION. MICHAEL AND HIS TEAM DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE AND DETERMINED THAT THE RADIO WAS DEFECTIVE. HE ORDERED A NEW UNIT FOR MY PATRIOT AND HE WILL CONTACT ME IN ACOUPLE OF DAYS TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION.
