I have been going to Coast BMW for about 3 years and my best experiences have been because of their new service advisor, Karina Gonzales! Every time you enter the building she greets you with the biggest s best experiences have been because of their new service advisor, Karina Gonzales! Every time you enter the building she greets you with the biggest smile and makes you feel welcomed. She definitely brightens your day when you are there (whether it’s because you are getting something fixed or just some routine maintenance done). Her customer service is impeccable. She treats everyone so nice and as if they truly are family. And she truly is a BMW enthusiast so you know she cares about the brand she represents! Highly impressed! Will be recommending anyone I know with a BMW to head over to see Karina if they need to have service done with an stress-free experience.
