Cameron was nice enough to help me learn all the info about my car even though I could not buy from him. Karen who calls and makes my appointments is very friendly and always schedules me for my convenience. Steven was my service advisor today when I took the car in for oil service. He was there from the minute I drove up to walking me to my car when I picked up. All in all I've had great service from this dealership. The employees seem to enjoy their work and are always helpful. More

If I’m being honest, in regards to a review of the dealership, I have had multiple issues. Enough so that I no longer used their services unless I was out of options. Most of them dealing with the sta dealership, I have had multiple issues. Enough so that I no longer used their services unless I was out of options. Most of them dealing with the staff and the inconsistency of truth and dependency; however I found myself needing service & had to go there & service rep Roger just may have restored some hope! He didn’t make excuses for the past bad experiences but listened to my reasons of hesitation and provided a different service and the vibe to want to make things right and change my outlook on SLO BMW.
