2018 Prius Prime Two years ago, I began my search for a new car. Since one of my major concerns was excellent MPGs, the choice was clear that I would be buying a Priu Two years ago, I began my search for a new car. Since one of my major concerns was excellent MPGs, the choice was clear that I would be buying a Prius, and specifically, a Prius Prime. Knowing that I could buy a Toyota from any one of the several Toyota dealers in the area, I chose Heiser based on word-of-mouth information from other Heiser customers who spoke very highly of the sales & service departments. Roger has been nothing short of stellar. He made the initial buying experience very smooth and kept me updated as to when my car would be delivered. (It actually showed up a week early!) When we took delivery, he walked us through the initial set-up (pairing my phone, etc). The car was ready to go! More

I dreaded buying a new car for no reason at all...it was a fantastic experience. I only spent a couple hours in the dealership so that was a plus. I love that when I went to finance all of the extra options were explained in the way of insurance and extended warranties, but my decisions were respected and again no pressure. I highly recommend Heiser Toyota! More
