Gary is terrible and I wouldn't have financed the vehicle without . He acts like your typical mobster when working with him. He's slow to take the paperwork completed. My 3 year old Camry has peeling and damaged paint in 4 spots on the roof. I have 3 leased Toyotas currently and they are all parked in front of my house. Toyota said outside influences. Several people in spots on the roof. I have 3 leased Toyotas currently and they are all parked in front of my house. Toyota said outside influences. Several people in repair business never saw this in a 3 year old car. They essentially said bad paint with not sealed properly. I have leased 14 Toyotas including 3 currently. Toyota said nothing can be done to help, not covered by warranty. How about another paint recall of another 300,000 cars. Toyota needs to change the paint and seal it properly. I am leaving the Toyota family after many cars and 16 years. Management needs a change. When they run from you and do not speak to you, this is a problem. More

I usually do not trust saleman but Roger is an exceptional. Roger is very honest. His integrity and love for the work that he does shows forth in the way he interacts with with his customers. There's so much to say about this whole ordeal, but I'll try to summarize. Firstly, know that their dealer fees are $2,265. This is not a joke. (Although, I can understand thinking that). I spent 2 weeks j try to summarize. Firstly, know that their dealer fees are $2,265. This is not a joke. (Although, I can understand thinking that). I spent 2 weeks just trying to talk to someone about a 2015 Rav4 I was very interested in. I was ready to pay cash or finance (whichever they preferred). I went through Sabrina, Martha, Sabrina again, Martha again, Nicholas, Mauricio, and Roger, just trying to get information. I kept getting automated emails asking if I forgot about them, while I was constantly trying to get a human to return an email with something other than "I'll forward this to ___". My first email was sent on 12/31/2020. After 2 full weeks of getting sent around to different people without any actual answers to any of my questions, I got on the website and emailed the highest ranked employee I could find: Nicholas (Service Director). He apologized and assured me he'd get the sales management team on it. 2 days later, I emailed Nicholas again, telling him my next step would be to write a review, because it's been 2 weeks of this. I sent him a spreadsheet of my communication attempts. Within 8 minutes of that threat, I received my first phone call from them, January 13, 2020. Finally someone to answer my questions! Mauricio told me he'd go out and personally take some pictures and videos and send them back in 10 mins; he told me 10 mins over and over. An hour and a half later, Roger called me with the information. I said I was ready to talk numbers if they could repair the clear coat that was coming off. That's when I was told about the $2,265 in dealer fees. I couldn't believe it. $995 for an Admin fee. $695 for a Dealership fee. $575 for a Delivery fee within the state of New York. I told him that was ridiculous. He assured me that every New York dealership would be that price if not more. So of course I called around. Friendly Honda in Poughkeepsie has no dealer fee. Everything is right in the sticker price, and they price well. Same vehicle, same options, same color. They priced $5 cheaper with no dealer fee. Prestige Toyota in Ulster County has a dealer fee of $700. I never found another dealer in my nationwide search that had a dealer fee over $899. I ended up very happy with my purchase from David McDavid in Plano, TX (dealer fee of $282). More

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE Honestly, I had a wonderful experience with everyone I dealt with. Starting with Roger our rep, excellent and the best sales rep I've dealt with ever Honestly, I had a wonderful experience with everyone I dealt with. Starting with Roger our rep, excellent and the best sales rep I've dealt with ever at dealers, not pushing for a deal but listening and working with you and explains everything in detail....even showing me how to move the seats up and down.....who doesn't know how to do that but he went through everything in detail. Ask for him! Then dealt with Leslie sales manager, another wonderful experience and very pleasant to work with. Made me feel very comfortable and worked with me to finalize the deal! You know how it is getting when getting to the sales manager, usually they do the same and push you to force more money from you but not Leslie. Very understanding and works hard to help you get the deal done. These guys are wonderful and took care of me and my family! Most dealers try to push you hard, trick you but these guys are true professionals and trustful! MUST DEAL WITH ROGER AND LESLIE!!! More

Buying a car should always be this easy I had every dealer in the Tri-state looking for a very specific Camry, and Millennium was able to locate and secure the vehicle for me! Roger was my sales person, I could not have asked for anyone better. He was informative, well spoken, answered all my questions and shared my enthusiasm for the vehicle. He fought for my desired price and made sure the vehicle was fully demonstrated for all of its capabilities. Credit also has to be given to the Finance manager Matthew Varghese and the insurance agent on sight (forgive me I can't remember her name!). They made the entire process hassle free and easy! I absolutely hate dealerships and car salesman, but Millennium Toyota really changed my mind. I know where I'll be buying every last one of my cars from now on. Good luck! More
