Our son purchased a 2025 Tundra from Toyota of North Charlotte early May. Since that time he has been trying to get a cancellation form on Gap and Powertrain policies as he is refinancing thru a local Charlotte early May. Since that time he has been trying to get a cancellation form on Gap and Powertrain policies as he is refinancing thru a local credit union and those policies are not needed. The dealership has ghosted his requests. After multiple phone calls and email, we have added the General Manager and Director of Finance to the communications to hopefully get this resolved. Hoping the commission they are getting from the policies, offset this negative review!! No vehicle is worth this hassle. More

Watch out for smooth talking slimey salesman / "upgrade manager" Roger Dye. He is so smooth, he cons people into deposits/hold money on cars not even on parking lot. Also Toyota North Charlotte prices their cars $3000-4000 above competing toyota dealers. Their finance and lease terms will rip you off! I warn u all, shop outside of Charlotte toyota dealers for GOOD deals. Every non charlotte toyota dealer is reasonable, with lower dealer fees too. I warn u all, DO NOT put deposits down. Roger is not compassionate to understand things change with car shoppers. I normally dont care do bad reviews but they deserve to be blasted all over unless they make things right More
