Watch out for smooth talking slimey salesman / "upgrade manager" Roger Dye. He is so smooth, he cons people into deposits/hold money on cars not even on parking lot. Very disgusting practices to work smoothly to take $1000 from people. This dealership should be ashamed in going for non refundable deposits. Especially $1000. Also Toyota North Charlotte prices their cars $3000-4000 above competing toyota dealers. Their finance and lease terms will rip you off! I warn u all, shop outside of Charlotte toyota dealers for GOOD deals. Every non charlotte toyota dealer is reasonable, with lower dealer fees too. I warn u all, DO NOT put deposits down. Roger is not compassionate to understand things change with car shoppers. I normally dont care do bad reviews but they deserve to be blasted all over unless they make things right More
