Roger Ghrigsby was low key, professional, knew the products and did not pressure us. The 1st vehicle he put us in was exactly what we were looking for. I was pleasantly surprised that the price quote I was given was right in line with the research I had done on what I should have paid for the vehicle purchased. I didn't even have to ask. There were two special gentlemen that played a huge role with helping me to reach my goal. The first one is Mike Gunn. He was the one that sent me all of the necessary information through email on choices of selections of cars as well as helping me to get started with the pre-qualifying first. I really appreciate him, because he would always follow back up to make sure that everything was going well. Then next, he introduced me to salesman Roger Grigsby, who is absolutely the best salesman ever. I like the fact that he took the time to help me decide exactly what I was looking for in a car, as far as the total package, as well as making sure that I stayed in the budget too!
